Customers are usually advised to change every 15,000 km. Vehicles that often work in harsh environments should not exceed 10,000 km once (desert, construction site, etc.). The service life of the air filter is 30,000 km for cars and 80,000 km for commercial vehicles.
Filter requirements for filters
1. High filtration accuracy: all the larger particles (> 1-2 um) were filtered out.
2. High filtration efficiency: reduce the number of particles passing through the filter.
3. Prevent early engine wear. Prevent damage of air flow meter.
4. Low pressure difference ensures the engine has the best air-fuel ratio. Reduce filtration losses.
5. Large filtration area, high ash capacity and long service life. Reduce operating expenses.
6. Small installation space and compact structure.
7. High wet stiffness prevents the filter element from absorbing shrinkage and causing the filter element to be punctured.
8. Flame retardant.
9. Reliable sealing performance.
10. Good cost performance.
11. No metal structure, good for environmental protection, reusable and storage.
